Scaffolding is a high-risk activity and therefore health and safety is of paramount importance.
At LA Scaffolding Ltd, the health and safety of our employees and anyone affected by their work is our first and most important consideration.
Our aim is to create an environment completely free of work-related accidents and, as such, we work very closely with our health and safety consultants at all times. We carry out regular safety audits to ensure we are maintaining and constantly improving our quality control standards, safe working practices and usage of personal protective equipment.
As well as operating under a full Health and Safety policy, we are fully compliant with C.D.M regulations, issue Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all contracts.
We ensure that all employees and clients are provided with a risk assessment and method statement, along with a sketch and plan which gives a detailed description of the work before it begins. We also make sure our staff are always up-to-date with the most current health and safety legislation governing the scaffolding industry and, more importantly, conform to it at all times.
At LA Scaffolding Ltd we operate a culture whereby safety is ‘first’ nature. We do this through:

- Broadcasting safety alerts to all sites and operatives
- Dedicated Health and Safety Manager
- Topical and relevant Toolbox Talks
- Comprehensive training programme
- 100% CSCS (including fulltime office staff)
